Martin Gibbons
With a career in aviation maintenance spanning in excess of 35 years, Martin has been involved in all sizes of organisations, from very small to very large and has a vast amount of experience in solving the unique issues which may affect each, irrespective of size. He holds a current EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence and has worked on a diverse variety of aircraft both fixed and rotary winged, small and large in a wide range of operations from MRO to VVIP AOC Ops.
A consummate professional who has held senior management nominated post-holder positions for over 15 years, Martin has forged strong relationships with regulatory authorities around the Globe and has gained a solid reputation based upon high-quality task delivery. He is adept at tailoring new systems to suit individual operations/budgets and is very much results driven having also held positions such as General Manager.
Martin is married to co-Director Nicki and they have two grown-up children, Matt & Ellie.
